Get Out – The Reality Wreck Flick of the Year

Now, I know I am a little late considering this movie came out in January, but this is a flick I had to review.

This film is horrific in that fact that any single person can identify with the film itself. Based on the trailers I thought this film was going to be cheesy and mock racism – what I came to realize was how it portrayed racism was drastic, but it also was very real.

Watching the relationship between Chris and Rose, an interracial couple, was so positive but quickly turned negative when she brings him home to meet her family.

I highly recommend this film for anyone who is looking for something to toy with their brain and keep them intrigued for hours after.
